Christmas Cookie

Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 Cup Butter

6 Heaping Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

2 Cups Flour

2Teaspoons Water

2 Cups Chopped Pecans

Mix all ingredients in order until you have a dough.  Roll into 2" balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 for 25 -30 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.  Let cool, then place 5-6 cookies at a time into a ziploc 1/4 filled will powdered sugar, shake off the extra and place in a container, repeat until all of them are covered.   Enjoy!
